i work out my self i have my black belt in 3 diffrent styles of karata and i did kickboxing for 3 years
to get ready for a long season of running around in the woods i jog to get you in shape. for a harder workout add 10-20 lbs of weight to help with the weight of your airsoft supplies. also do crunchs pushups and dips. do all this to your level once every other day pushing your self harder each day
